The project logger records time on concrete client projects: start, pause, resume, stop — with a live clock, a daily goal and a short wrap-up. That makes it clear what was worked on and how much effort it took.
Time in view
An open entry shows project, client and net time. Pause stops the clock without closing the block. When stopping, you note what is done or still open. The day view totals duration and estimated value; any past day can be opened later.
Clients and projects
Clients group the work. Each project has a name, short code and colour, optionally an hourly rate. The next block starts in a few clicks instead of free text in a spreadsheet.
Effort and estimate
Time and hourly rate produce a euro figure for the day. Billable projects count as revenue, internal or unpaid work as an estimate — shown separately so the two are not mixed.
Context, not only minutes
A daily goal can be set at start. Notes and the closing summary stay on the entry, so the log remains readable later as a work record — not just a sum of hours.
