MyInvestment24 is Mentric’s trilingual real-estate sales platform for multiple agents. Listings, contacts and campaigns share one admin and agents panel — in German, English and Turkish.
Image galleries
Property photos are added with bulk upload (multiple files, sequential, including large files). Each image is stored as WebP and generated in several sizes: 400 px for lists and cards, 1600 px for the detail gallery. The public site uses the matching variant — thumbnails in overviews, full width in the gallery.
Admin panel
Agents maintain master data, copy, attributes, geo and media in the agents area. Listings stay per agent, but the sales surface is shared: enquiries, tracking and object lists follow the same rules.
UTM links and QR codes
For every listing the system builds campaign URLs with utm_source and utm_medium for the main social channels — including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, Telegram and Pinterest. QR codes for agent contacts put the business card and listing link onto a phone.
Leaflet map with precision tolerance
Coordinates live on the listing (latitude, longitude). The public map uses Leaflet with OpenStreetMap. Optionally only an approximate location is shown instead of the exact address; the display radius can be set to 200, 500, 1000 or 2000 metres.
